It Is All About What Is Within - Mastering the Art Of Life.
Have you ever felt like a hostage to your own circumstances?
In this week's video, we explore why 'Happiness is Our Job' and how mastering the art of Life is all about inner transformation.
Join The Movement
I am on a mission to help people transform their lives, so that we, together, will change the world from within.
Join me on the Path to Freedom App and let’s begin to first and foremost, live the most beautiful life we can ever live, and then serve as shining beacons as to what is possible for the rest of the world to see and follow.
So that we may transcend the current state of the world, and allow for a world built on love, peace, joy, harmony, and abundance to emerge.
Highlights
These are the Key Highlights from the Video (in case you don’t have time to watch it 😉 )
We all have the Power to Choose
Choosing happiness doesn’t mean denying our emotions or pretending the world isn't messy. We are all experiencing all kinds of emotions, and let’s face it, the world is a mess.
But choosing happiness means realizing that even in the midst of turmoil, we have the ability to choose peace, love or joy.
Even in the midst of messiness, we have the ability to turn our attention away from the messiness that brings us down, toward the one, or two, or three things in our lives that lift us up.
And we all have the ability to do this on a regular basis.
Using the Breath as an Anchor
The breath is a powerful tool to help us anchor ourselves in the nowness of this moment.
And as peace, love, joy, and harmony are inherently and eternally within the nowness of this moment, whenever we break free from the thinking mind and come back to the nowness of this moment, these Divine qualities reign supreme in our lives.
Whenever we come back to the breath, we get to stop reacting and start responding.
Consciousness always precedes form
Consciousness always precedes form. When we raise our vibration, the whole universe rises up to meet us at this new level.
We don’t permanently change our conditions by fighting the outside; we change them by transforming the inside.
And as the third principle of transformation reminds us, when we begin to change (on the inside), everything begins to change (on the outside).
The world is always and only a reflection of our consciousness. It is all about our inner transformation.
Empowering Question
As so often, the invitation that precedes the question is for us to stop and have a moment of self-reflection and ask ourselves:
Am I responding or am I reacting in this now moment?
And also, if you could successfully shift just one internal feeling today—regardless of what is happening in your life—which one would it be: Peace, Joy, or Stillness?
Please let me know in the comments.
