Wow!! It has been a long, long time since I wrote a post here on The Path To Freedom Blog. Years actually. It has been so long that I don't even remember the last time. Not that it really matters, as every moment is a new beginning, but as I am typing these words, I am sort of blown away by how fast time goes by.
And at the same time, I am becoming aware of how much I have missed this space, this very healing space. I am very happy to have found my way back.
So here we are, at a new beginning, both in the sense that we are the very beginning of a new year, 2025, and in the sense that this post marks a new era in my own life, as I have rekindled and up-leveled my intention to serve
.
But more about that later, as this first post will be more of an introduction to what this blog will be about.
Something I have learned over the years is that honesty, vulnerability, and transparency are just as important, maybe even more important, in conveying what it means to be walking the path of/to Freedom.
People often reach out to me and express their gratitude for that vulnerability, sometimes even saying things like, "Who would have thought that even the masters have challenges."
And I know for myself that I have taken great comfort from hearing how others who have walked before me have had challenges that resembled my own.
And so, while this blog will absolutely be about spirituality, spiritual principles, and what it means to be walking this spiritual path, it will be more about me and my own journey than it will be about teachings per se.
It will be honest, open, raw, and transparent to the best of my ability. I will share my path, the challenges that come into my experience, and how I lean into various spiritual practices and tools to navigate them.
It is my life's intention, my dharma, to serve and assist individuals in their waking up and transforming their lives. This blog will be in full alignment with that, only from a more personal perspective.
I firmly believe that no matter how far we have "come" along this path, no matter how expanded our consciousness is or how steeped we are in our conscious awareness of being one with God, challenges will always be a part of our experience.
We will always be invited to release and let go of something so that a new, greater, and grander version and expression of who and what we are may emerge.
This is what we have all signed up for, and this is why we are all here. Regardless of whether we believe it or feel it or not.
And while we are here, we all get to choose whether or not we want to make the journey as enjoyable or as unpleasant as possible.
And so this is what The Path to Freedom blog is/will be about. It is my intention that it be personal, honest, transparent, and honest. I know that honesty and transparency create a sense of belonging and a sense of community. And community brings immunity.
So I will update this blog whenever I have something to update it with and when I have the time to do it.
And while this blog is about me, I know from past experiences that sharing my journey really helps and supports me as sharing it allows me to sort of take a step back from whatever I am experiencing and moving through.
But in sharing, I am hoping and trusting that this blog will serve well beyond me and myself. That it will bring you comfort and support as well. Whomever you are and whenever you are tuning in.
So until we meet again, with much love and many blessings to you 💜💜
